A few years ago, we packed up our life in the Pacific Northwest and moved across the country to Tennessee to follow a big dream: building custom homes and helping families create spaces that truly feel like them. Today, we build a very limited number of custom homes each year here in Knoxville because we believe in keeping things personal, detailed, and hands-on. You'll still find Derek on-site in his nailbags making sure every little thing is just right. 

But our work doesn't stop in Tennessee. We also guide families all over the world through the homebuilding process - whether you're just starting to dream, planning your design, or feeling overwhelmed by all of the decisions. Why do we do this? Because building a home should feel exciting, not exhausting. We love sharing what we've learned to help you build with confidence - and actually enjoy the process.
